This action was commenced by the United States pursuant to 15 U.S.C.A. § 714b(c) to recover upon two surety bonds executed by the defendant Fireman's Fund Insurance Company on behalf of Ray Melvin, a warehouseman doing business as Payless Feed and Fuel company in the City of Coeur d'Alene, State of Idaho.
