PEOPLE v. CARTER

14 A.D.2d 492 (1961)

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Leroy Carter, Appellant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Fourth Department.

June 30, 1961

Surely the interest of justice does not require reversal in this case.
