This is a claim to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by claimant in the City of Albany, as a result of the alleged negligence of the State of New York.

The scene of the accident was the intersection of Clinton and Catherine Streets. Catherine Street runs in a general easterly and westerly direction, and Clinton Street, at the point where it is intersected by Catherine Street, runs generally north and south...
