This is an action by Marilyn J. Mislivec, plaintiff-appellant, hereinafter called the plaintiff, praying for an absolute divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty, temporary and permanent support money and alimony, and that the court decree the title to the real estate and all personal property in the plaintiff. The answer was a general denial coupled with a cross-petition which alleges that the plaintiff was guilty of extreme cruelty towards the defendant...
