Neff, to recover damages growing out of a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of Cooke Road and Indianola Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, on June 29, 1959, in which a car, owned by Neff, and a tractor-trailer, owned by The Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company and driven by Robert Leigh Davis, defendants below, were involved.
