This is a Workmen's Compensation Case. Appellant, J. Ward Phillips, was injured in 1955, was granted compensation in November, 1958 for 56¼ weeks at $25 per week, and then filed for increased compensation in January, 1960. This latter claim was denied by the Referee, the full Commission and the Circuit Court, and now this appeal is prosecuted by appellant.
