This is an appeal by the plaintiffs Barchus from a decree in a suit for specific performance of an alleged oral contract by Albena Lanius, deceased, to devise real property to the plaintiff Jerry Barchus in consideration of personal services to be performed by plaintiff Arthetta Barchus, his mother, for said decedent.
