This appeal involves a workmen's compensation proceedings in which the district court allowed the claimant an award. The parties were under the act, and the court found that claimant was injured in the course of his employment while moving a barrel on November 27, 1957; that he told his foreman that he had injured his back, and then went to see the company doctor but did not find him.
