This is a devolutive appeal of the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board and Lloyd L. Lindsey from a judgment of the lower court granting to Dr. Lloyd V. Funchess a preliminary injunction against the said appellants, recognizing the validity of his title as Parish Superintendent of Schools for the term of four years beginning July 1, 1961, and enjoining and restraining said appellants from interfering with him in any way in exercising and enjoying the duties...
