VALLÉE, J.

By information defendant was accused of having driven a vehicle upon a public highway while addicted to the use of narcotic drugs in violation of section 23105 of the Vehicle Code and of a prior felony conviction of possession of narcotics. He admitted the prior. The court, sitting without a jury, found him guilty as charged and sentenced him to imprisonment. He appeals from the judgment.
