This is an action by the plaintiff, who is the appellant here, to recover damages for personal injuries received when he was assaulted by one Williamson, an employee of the defendant, Rose Shelley. Williamson was named in the complaint as a party defendant. He did not appear at the trial of the case, though he was represented by the same counsel who represented the defendant, Rose Shelley. The jury brought in a verdict for damages against Williamson...
