This is an action of tort to recover for the death and conscious suffering of the plaintiff's intestate resulting from a collision with an automobile operated by the defendant. The accident occurred at about 3:30 P.M. on March 20, 1958, in Worcester and the decedent died on the following May 6. There was a verdict for the defendant on each of the two counts of the plaintiff's declaration and her sole exception was to the admission of a question to a defendant...
