This is an appeal from a Wayne circuit court decree reforming a lease between plaintiff Star Lanes Corporation, lessee, and defendant Satfield Company, lessor, on grounds of constructive fraud. The reformed lease would reduce the yearly rental on a bowling alley from $10,000 to $32,400. The defendant lessor appeals, claiming that the record discloses no equitable grounds for this reformation.
