On February 16, 1932, the above-captioned defendant was convicted in Luzerne County on charges of robbery, breaking and entering and larceny. On April 18, 1932, he was sentenced by said court for a period of 25 to 50 years in the Eastern State Penitentiary.

On May 22, 1942, said sentence was commuted to 10 years, 1 month and 1 day minimum to 30 years, 1 month and 1 day maximum...
