Plaintiff, Mrs. Bonura, has sued for damages allegedly suffered as a result of an explosion of a bottle of Barq's root beer which she was preparing to remove from its paper carton and place in the ice box for cooling. The plaintiff, Carlos Bonura, husband of Sandra Bonura, co-plaintiff, has sued for medical expenses in the sum of $141, and estimated future costs for the continued care and treatment of his wife...
