Plaintiffs (appellants) Willene B. Fritts and David A. Fritts, mother and twenty-seven-year-old son, commenced this action against defendants (respondents) Edgar W. McKay and wife for $32,033.82 damages, the result of defendants' alleged fraud in the sale of an asparagus farm to plaintiffs. Although not a party to the action, Austin Fritts, husband and father of plaintiffs, participated in the transaction.
