In May, 1956, by ex parte order, Joy Jenswold obtained a temporary injunction against Victor P. Peterson and T. L. Eglund. In lieu of a $500 bond with sureties to be approved by the Clerk of Court, he deposited with the Clerk a Certificate of deposit in the sum of $1,500.
