This litigation is over the ownership of an undivided three-sixteenths interest in oil and gas underlying certain land in Louisiana. J. B. Elkins, admitted owner of the land and one-fourth of the minerals, brought an action against Mrs. Laura Stell Townsend, and her two children, Arthur G. Stell, Jr. and Mrs. Lucy Ann Stell Polter, to be declared the owner of the disputed interest.
