This is a suit for damages for personal injuries to a guest passenger in one of the automobiles involved in a three-car collision. Plaintiff originally filed suit against the drivers of all three vehicles but later settled her claims against two of them, reserving her rights as against the driver of the third vehicle and her liability insurer who are the defendants and appellees herein.
