On August 5, 1959 plaintiff in error, to whom we will refer as defendant, was charged by information with the crimes of confidence game, embezzlement, larceny by bailee, and receiving stolen property; and together with her husband, Jim James Burns was also charged with conspiracy to commit each of the first three offenses above enumerated.
