This is an appeal by the plaintiff from the order of the Circuit Court modifying a decree of divorce as respects the custody of a minor child.

The action for divorce originally filed in the Circuit Court of Randolph County was sent to Macon County by change of venue. A daughter had been born to the parties on April 19, 1948. A decree of divorce was entered in plaintiff's favor on April 2, 1958, awarding general custody of the child to plaintiff...
