The plaintiff, a pedestrian, brought this action of tort for personal injuries received when struck by an automobile on a public way in Boston on November 24, 1959. There are two counts, one against the operator and one against the owner. After hearing, a judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Boston found for the plaintiff in the sum of $200.
