Appellant's co-indictee Bounds testified that Selby, deceased's husband, a patron of the massage parlor where she worked, had on several occasions requested her to secure someone for him to "do a job" and "get rid of somebody" and instructed her to have such person "get in touch with him" if she located them. She stated that she spoke to appellant about the matter, and appellant gave her a telephone...
