Plaintiff sued for reimbursement of hospitalization expenses in the amount of $2522.73, claimed to be due under a policy of insurance issued by defendant. In Count I of his complaint plaintiff alleged that on March 29, 1959 he was admitted to a hospital, where he remained until May 7, 1959, and that on May 13, 1959 he was readmitted and remained until July 3, 1959.
