SAVOY, Judge.
This is an action in tort instituted by the widow, individually, and as natural tutrix of her minor child, against Louis Courville and his insurer, United States Casualty Company, for damages arising from an automobile accident which occurred on January 26, 1958, in which the said husband of plaintiff was killed.
