These two appeals, No. 16,622 by a stockholders' committee and No. 16,623 by an unsecured creditors' committee, seek to have reversed an order of the District Court made September 2, 1960, in a proceeding for reorganization of the debtor, Automatic Washer Company, under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq.
