This suit was instituted by the First National Bank of Littlefield against Art E. Davis, J. D. Hagler and appellant Ila Maberry, on a promissory note dated March 9, 1959 in the amount of $2,000 and for the foreclosure of the chattel mortgage executed by Davis of even date, securing the payment of said note.
