Claimant, T.G. Tucker, filed his seventh class claim in Probate Court for $20,333.33 allegedly due from the estate of the deceased, John F. McCaffrey. The sum represented the balance of the purchase price due from McCaffrey for a one-third interest in a fire loss adjustment business, and was evidenced by a written sales agreement and a promissory note.
