Robinson, sitting as a visiting judge in the third judicial circuit, granted a decree enjoining defendants from enforcing against 163 of defendant city's employees for whose benefit plaintiffs instituted this class suit a city ordinance requiring said employees to establish bona fide residences within defendant city. The chancellor found the ordinance to be arbitrary and unreasonable...
