This is appeal by plaintiff from the Wayne circuit court's reversal, on the grounds that it was against the clear preponderance of the evidence, of a judgment for plaintiff rendered in the court of common pleas of the city of Detroit. The question here, as in circuit court, is whether the common pleas court judgment was against the clear preponderance of the evidence.
