Lincoln Service and Supply, Inc., a corporation, brought this action in the district court for Buffalo County against Louis Lorenzen, doing business as Lorenzen Fertilizer Company. The purpose of the action is to recover a judgment against the defendant for the contract price of a tank car of nitrogen solution in the sum of $2,510.05. Trial was had to a jury and, upon the issues raised and evidence adduced, it returned a verdict for the defendant....
