This is a workmen's compensation case. The principal question here is whether good cause was shown for failure to file the claim for compensation within the six months' time prescribed by statute. The jury found that good cause did exist, and judgment was entered for the plaintiff. That judgment was affirmed by the Amarillo Court of Civil Appeals.
