PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of the crime of resisting execution of process as defined by section 742.1, Code 1958, I.C.A. He was sentenced to serve four months in the county jail. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. The judgment is therefore.
