PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of murder in the first degree as defined by section 690.2, Code, 1958, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty to the crime of murder in the second degree as defined by Code section 690.3, I.C.A., and the court found him guilty thereof. He was sentenced to serve 20 years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison and ordered to pay the costs. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible...
