Appellees, A. C. and Cora Combs, purchased property in the City of Jenkins, known as the Recreational Hotel. They executed notes in the aggregate amount of $28,500 and a lien was retained in the deed to secure payment of them. Thereafter, in due course, George L. Cury became owner of the notes.
