PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of larceny as defined by section 709.1, Code, 1958, I.C.A., in that he did steal, take and carry away more than $20 in money. Following his plea of guilty defendant was sentenced, pursuant to Code section 709.2, I.C.A., to an indeterminate term not exceeding five years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison and ordered to pay the costs. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript...
