Originally filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, the case was removed to this Court by a petition which alleged subject matter jurisdiction on the grounds that plaintiffs and defendant are of diverse citizenship and that the amount in controversy exceeds $10,000.00. 28 U.S.C....
