This is an action for personal injuries based on negligence in which the jury found for the defendant and the plaintiff has appealed.

Plaintiff was a tenant in the Vista-St. Clair Apartments in the city of Portland, which is owned and operated by the defendant. On a windy rainy day in March, 1959, as plaintiff was about to enter the main entrance of the apartment house, she slipped and fell on the terrazzo floor and was injured....
