This cause involves an appeal in error by Arnold Garner, Percy Wells, Bobby Maness and Robert Wamble, who had been sued in the lower court as partners or joint adventurers d/b/a Wamble Trucking Company, and against whom a jury had returned a verdict of $21,400, of which $21,000 was for compensatory damages, and $400.00 for punitive damages.
