This suit arises from an intersection automobile collision which occurred at 77th and Washington streets in Kansas City, Missouri on August 28, 1958. Defendantappellant Charles Resz filed a counterclaim and alleged that his 1957 Oldsmobile sustained damages amounting to $1,000 as a result of the accident.
