This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County reversing an award of the Workmen's Compensation Commission which was based upon the findings and decision of the Medical Board for Occupational Diseases that the claimant was permanently totally disabled, twenty-five per cent thereof being the result of occupational disease.
