This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Du Page County dismissing the plaintiffs' amended complaint, and denying leave to file a second amended complaint. Plaintiffs sought an accounting and a conveyance of land from the individual defendants. A default judgment was entered against the corporate defendant, Lynwood Development Corporation, but that judgment is not involved...
