PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information, tried before court and jury, and found guilty of the crime of manslaughter in violation of section 690.10, Code 1958, I.C.A. He was sentenced to the men's penitentiary for an indeterminate term not exceeding eight years and fined $500 and costs. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Accordingly the judgment is—
