PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of bootlegging in violation of section 123.3, Code 1958, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty and was fined $500 and costs, pursuant to section 123.91. In default of payment of the fine he was ordered confined in the county jail for 90 days.
