This is an action to recover the face value ($10,000) of a fire insurance policy together with penalties and attorney's fees. The policy was issued by Audubon Insurance Company on May 15, 1959, insuring plaintiff against loss of his residence and its contents. The policy provided for $7,500 for loss of the dwelling and $2,500 for loss of contents.
