Claimant, W.F. Hall Printing Co. (hereafter called Hall), entered into a contract with the defendant, Publishers' Typographic Service, Inc. (hereafter called Publishers'), the latter agreeing to set type for books which Hall printed. As part of the contractual undertaking Hall requested that Publishers' keep its type intact...
