In this action, commenced in February, 1960, against her husband, for divorce, support for herself and their minor child, and custody of that child, the plaintiff joined as defendants the two trustees under an alleged living trust agreement that had been executed in 1942 by the father of the defendant husband for the benefit of said defendant.
