This suit was filed by Mrs. Helen Rachal Martin and her husband, Wilton Martin, against the liability insurer of Raymond Foster, United States Fire Insurance Company, and the liability insurer of the car driven by Darcy C. Hay, Connecticut Fire Insurance Company, for personal injuries which Mrs. Martin received as a result of a collision which occurred at the intersection of Louisiana Highway 71 and the Clear Lake Road in Campti, Louisiana, between vehicles...
