Defendant was tried, convicted and fined $75 and costs in justice court for the offense of reckless driving, in violation of section 321.283, Code 1958, I.C.A. Upon his appeal to the district court he was again tried to the court without a jury, found guilty of reckless driving and fined $75 and costs.
