On May 1, 1957, Patricia Ann Hughes Sollie, complainant, filed her bill against her husband, Robert J. Sollie, defendant, seeking a divorce a mensa et thoro on the ground of cruelty, and praying for the custody of their daughter, Elizabeth Ann, then six years old, and for alimony for herself and support for the child. The defendant filed an answer and cross-bill, in which he prayed for a divorce a mensa et thoro from the complainant...
